Health: I finally made it to graduation

5 years ago, I missed the opportunity of studying my dream field. I was told i couldn't make it to polytechnic because i did not have a background in physics(S3).
I let that get into my head the first time, I ended up writing the medical lab science( MLS)concours.
I passed MLS that year. I was pissed after some of my classmates passed thesame exams to be mining and petroleum engineers without a physics background. "Why did I listen ?"🤦🏾‍♂️
Thesame concours i was told i can not pass. Yet my mates who did S4 made it.

I was done for letting other people's idea's control my life.
I decided to take matters into my hand to follow my dreams.

The following year, I made my own opportunity. I wrote the concour secretly, passed and was admitted to study computer Engineering at the national higher polytechnic institute of the university of bamenda.
Finally. This is what I dreamed of.
I found myself debating if I should stop my course in medical lab Sciences or do both. I did the latter.
I have come to realize my passion. Bringing technology into the health sector to make the diagnosis and treatment of diseases much more efficient.
Experience as a medical personnel makes me in the best position to do so. Thank God i didn't give up along the way pursuing my career in 2 different fields simultaneously. There was a will, and then came the way. Today I am a GRADUATE with A BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN MED LABORATORY SCIENCES prepared more than ever to bring innovative, technological solutions in the health industry. I have been working on many projects in the health field one of which was recently awarded best tech innovative solution for the health sector in the Genus Challenge hackathon of the inspire week, E-life saver. The world is yet to see the best of me
