01The challenge
An international summit in Dubai needed applicants, and then needed delivering — for participants from four countries.
02What I did
As Programme Director I ran the marketing and delivery single-handedly:
- the website and promotional material
- social campaigns and participant communications
- visa support for participants from four countries
- hotel bookings and payments
- jury selection
- the post-event report
03The result
Millions of impressions and more than 2,000 applications. I received a Certificate of Leadership.
